Merritt, BC - March 14, 2012
The Merritt Centennials announced today that the team is launching several playoff initiatives for their fans. Initiatives include exclusive MerrittCentennials.com playoff content and red playoff rally towels.
Fans looking to purchase advance, reserved Interior Conference semi-final playoff tickets can do so Monday - Saturday from 12 - 3 pm at the Centennials Marketing Office (2185 Voght Street).
Reserved tickets are also available and on Friday, March 16, Saturday, March 17, Thursday, March 22 (if necessary) and Saturday, March 24 (if necessary) from 3 - 6 pm at the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena.
All tickets purchased after 6 pm on game days are general admission and subject to availability. For more information, please call Cents Marketing Manager Rachael Sanders at 250-378-3604.
Additionally, every fan attending Game One vs. Prince George at the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena will receive a red Playoff Rally Towel courtesy of City Furniture, Frank's Mechanical, Home Hardware Building Centre, Murray GM, Subway, Q101 and Tracker Sportswear.
Exclusive Cents merchandise is available at both Booster Club Booths at the Nicola Valley Memorial Arena during all Centennials games. Merchandise includes t-shirts, hats, hoodies, souvenirs and much more.
Select merchandise is also available outside of game hours at the Cents Marketing Office (2185 Voght Street) and at Merritt Printing (1951 Garcia Street).
The Merritt Centennials Junior 'A' Hockey Club Society encourages fans to celebrate responsibly throughout the playoffs.
"The Fred Page Cup playoffs are an exciting time for BCHL fans and our hope is that Cents fans everywhere will enthusiastically support our team with pride and passion wearing Centennials team colours, but will do so responsibly, safely and with respect for fellow fans, citizens and the property of others," said Jerry Canuel, Merritt Centennials President and Chairman of the Board. "We are asking fans to celebrate responsibly as part of a campaign to keep Cents fans safe."
